Booked a 15 days reservation with Diamond Palace through Agoda. They lied about the room (I booked a deluxe and got a basic room). Website said cancellation is possible and refundable. Wanted to cancel after my first night and both the hotel and Agoda wouldnt do it. Word of advice for ANYONE ...
