To whom it may concern, I purchased a sony erikson phone for christmas and just got it connected today and when i was on my way home i tried clling the number and the 0 button did not work. I cant tell yuou how disappointed I was to find this out. I purchased the phone at Easy Home store and they were more than wiling to send it away to yuor company in Toronto to be fixed, but

the point of the matter is that it did not work and now I have to wait a week or more to have my purchase that I was so eager to use. I was thoroughly disappointed and I wanted to let your company know about this. It was just out of the box and brought to a rogers dealer to be activated and then this!!!

I hope that I dont have to wait very long to get my Christmas present back to me.

Very disappointed.
