I bought a new Benq T904 monitor from Future Shop In November 2004. I mailed in the $50 rebate form, with ALL the info they needed.
In February 2005, I received a postcard saying they did not receive the UPC off the box, and to mail in this needed info to receive the rebate. I took the second UPC off the box, and mailed it in with the postcard.
May 18, 2005, I phoned Benq to see what was taking so long. They say they have NO record of me ever dealing with them. This is crap. I checked out online, and the exact same thing happened to more than me. I want my 50 bucks.
