Did not issue rebate which was promised for purchase of product RIPOFF

In August of 2004, I Purchased a motherboard from Soyo, via tigerdirect. The purchase included a $60 mail-in rebate, which was due by September, 7 2004 (which I filed in well enough time).

It has now been 8 months since then and I have still not recieved the rebate, nor any notification that it has been recieved or processed. I have emailed Soyo several times requesting the status of my rebate but have not recieved any reply.
