I purchased computer parts from Tiger Direct on Dec. 28-06 with the advertised prices (Intel CPU)$81.85 less a $50 rebate and a motherboard advertised for $62.55 less an$18 rebate. I recieved the products and applied for my rebates right away (Jan.8-07) but when I check my rebate status for the CPU it says "no claim found". Then I check the rebate for the motherboard it tells me all the processing has been completed since Jan 12-07 but the payment is still sitting there not sent. I even forfeited $1 from the rebate price to have it sent without the waiting as the rebate site (OnRebate) advertises. I tried contacting both the rebate centers and Tiger Direct but no one helps me. Lately whenever I call the toll free number at the rebate centers they hang up on me before I ever get to speak. This has been going on for more than a month.
