I purchased a hard drive from Tigerdirect.ca in January 2005 and have been patiently awaiting the $40.00 rebate promised. I entered the data in the Onrebate.com website.
After a few months I enquired and was told it was coming. Then I enquired again (April 20) and was told:
"for some odd reason your check never went out, I made a check request, a check will be sent out to you within 2 weeks, "
Today is May 23, 2005. I just checked the status on their website and everything is "approved" except the cheque is shown to not be issues. Does anyone have advice on what we can do about this?
