A year ago I bought a WD hard drive from TigerDirect located in Markham, Ontario. The purchase was entitled to a rebate of $40.00. I went through the registration process same day and I received an email confirmation.
A month later I received an email stating that the payment was processed.
As I didn't receive anything I contacted the customer service.
Since then I exchanged 18 emails and had 5 phone calls with OnRabate's customer service with absolutely no result.
I spoke to the TigerDirect store manager where I made the purchase. She behave very bad so I decided $40 isn't worth it neither the wasted time not all the fluster.
Since then I strongly discourage everybody around me from shoping at TigerDirect and especially items involving rebate.
