If you view the website, www.tigerdirect.ca you will see the follow statement in the "Help Centre" portion of their website. "Customer service is the most important aspect of our business." What a Crock!!! If this were true, they would stop selling SOYO products. You can't tell me that there isn't a STRONG relationship between Tiger and SOYO...
March 31, 2004 was the date I submitted my rebate form, numerous phone calls, emails, etc... But no rebate cheque. I know of 4 other people who have gone the same path as me. I can't belive that no one has taking them to task, legally for this obvious fraudulant method of conducting business.
At least at Future Shop, you get your rebates eventually...
I will NEVER purchase a SOYO product, and Never buy from Tiger Direct again!!!
