Hi, I looked up my rebate status for Rebate ID ***27** on www.wheresmyrebate.com, and it says that it is "not a complete address".
I am pretty sure that I would have carefully included my full address in the submission.
I emailed [email protected] 4 days ago, and they have not responded yet.
Also, I applied for this rebate long ago (6 months ago), why did they not mail or phone me to inform me that my address info was incomplete. Pretty sure this is a lame excuse for denying my rebate.
Not sure if this is ATI's fault or the rebate fulfillment company (TCA Fulfillment) or Future Shop (parent company is Best Buy), but it is not my problem, the 3 parties involved should ensure that this sort of underhanded dealing is not condoned, as it make everyone look like a crook.
