Tell your employess why you fire them. Give them warnings in order for them to correct whatever needs to be corrected. In training warn your future employees of the tactics their peers will use against them because you have them, in such a low and stressed place. Stop using the tone of voice wwhich to me sounds like you are constantly looking for an arguement, which I heard from the first day i walkied through the doors. It seems they are mistaking that tone for confidance. I could go on about the 2 and a half months I was there and cannot as I have a meeting with my member of parilament concerning this experieince.
