Sears canada Now an American owned company is quite possibly the worse company anyone could work for (worse than tele tech). They continually break provincial laws Promote those who have fraudulently abused the sales process and must hire Teletech rejects to run their operations. Simply stated they abuse the Ontario retail slave act by opening on statutory holidays claiming they will give proceeds to charity (yeah right) and if you refuse they just say well you wanted more hours obviously you were lying.
When confronted with fruaulent acitivity by a salesperson that person is allowed to remain and others are vilified for that persons actions. Management takes no responsibility for an empty store (how can they they have no management skills) Stay away from Sears protect yor children do not let them work there Do not let anyone shop there protect yourself and your pocket book
