Ordering

Item ordered 10-3-11 and credit card immediately charged, didn't recieve the item until November 14, charged $9.95 shipping. The item didn't fit and now I have to return it and will have to pay another $9.95 shipping. So the Beyond the Rack experience cost me nearly $20...it was my first and last. Horrible service, shipping and fees!!
