I rented a car from Fox Autorent in Budapest, Hungary and I was scammed for the lost of a key. I've rented vehicles many times before and never had any problems.
They charged me $800 for the lost of a key which is outrageous and they charged on a first bill ~200$ and two months later another 600$ on a second bill and never explained why they charged so much and two times. Never responded to the emails also.
I repeatedly asked to see the receipt for the repair/delivery but with no answer.
I'm trying to get my credit card company to look into because I don't believe they can't show me proof after adding on the additional charge.
