I ordered 2 "Listen In" headphones from an Info-mercial. I receive my order and was billed $94.48. The product was not what I expected so I returned them only to receive $$67.58 credit. I was told that they do not credit for shipping & handling. It cost me $26.90 to view a product that I did not want or keep. This is not a fair policy. What ever happened to Customer rights? I was told that a store does not give me the gas money for returning an item back to the store & this is the same thing. This is very expensive gas.
Apparently the commercial said that they will not reimburse the shipping & handling. I didn't listen long enough to hear this but regardless this should not be an accepted practice. This is unfair to the Customer.
This has ended it for me ordering from the TV & I have ordered my items this way. This is the first time that I have been charged for a return.
