In Toronto is a BIG rip-off

I ordered a Listen In device for my Dad. I had bought a similar item at the local Dollar Store here for $1.00 My Dad thought this Listen In device he saw advertised on TV would be better than the one I bought.

After spending about 20 minutes on the phone ordering it and being offered 6 or 7 different items to purchase, I finally hung up the phone. It came 3 days later, (fast delivery on their part). My Dad was very dissapointed in this unit. It is no better than the $1.00 Store item I bought and it ended up costing him $31.54

Now try to return it. Impossible. Lesson learned. If Francine from Mascouche Que. could put the phone number she called in another report, and Paul from Chatham could put the website he found in another report, that would really help.
