ListenIn Double billed

I ordered one (1) only ListenIn device and received (2) two items last week with a double charge on my Credit Card. No invoice included. Today, Jul 16 08, I phoned the Co and talked with Ciera who asked me to return the extra item for a reimbursement to my Credit Card. She gave me the Order Number as reference and said it would take 10-13 days for the turn around. The product has been used about three times and works well so far. No explanation for double billing.
