Order was doubled

I Ordered 2 wrap-around lounger robes (Not sure if that was the name advertised on TV) but received 4 robes and according to my VISA was charged for the double order.
IN addition although the order was placed 3 weeks before Christmas it was not shipped until 22 Jan and only arrived today. When the computer order was accepted I was not advised of what I had actually ordered nor how much it would be.

I have been unable to contact the Company to arrange return of the extra goods and a return of funds

There is a number listed in other consumer complaintss but that is only for ordering more stuff.

Although the merchandise appeard to be as advertised there was no invoice in the parcel which one should expect when dealing with a Canadan business.
