For years this company has been trying to get my company to pay for a service never ordered nor authorized by me. Despite talking with them every 6 months on the phone and asking for the voice recording they keep saying they have, they have never been able to provide me with it. Every 6 months they change the date on their fax letterhead and send another "3rd warning" notice and we go through the same thing over and over again. First it was Amanda, then Eddie, then Jeff, then a different Amanda and now I am back with Eddie. How the heck do I get rid of this??? Is this not harassment?
