VOIPGO is a voip phone service provider. When I signed up in 2008 part of the contract was that I paid about US$85.00 and they would send me their voip adapter so that I could used it and then I would return back their voip device and get my money back.
Well, I decided to buy my own device. But when I tried it for about a month I noticed that it had a bad quality. By ignorance I thought that the problem was the adapter that I bought on my own, so I decided to take theirs and pay the deposit they asked for it. After I tried their own one I noticed that the quality was not very good. However, I stayed with the service because it was only US$12.50 per month and I did not have the time and money to continue spending money and trying other companies.
Finally, in August 2011 I decided to cancel my services, and I shipped back the device. They do not send me my money back. I have contacted 3 times customer services, and they say that they do not know about it, and that I should send an email to "billing". I have sent 3 emails and they do not even answer.
Clearly, they do not want to refund my money even though I sent the device in perfect condition and its own factory box. So, VOIPGO = BAD QUALIY CANNOT USE FAX RIOFF
