I ordered 1 pair of the Listen In product, my Visa statement shows that I am being charged for to pairs of the devices. When in actuality I ordered only 1 pair. I called the company after researching the website and waited for approx 25 minutes to speak with a live person after several voice prompts. I complained and enquired about what they have done to me. I TOLD them that if they did not refund or credit my Visa card I would report this as fraudulent activity to my Credit Card company to seek the full compensation of what I was charged. It may be hassle but the principle is I did not order 2 pairs and should not pay for the 2 pairs. After all the one that I ordered is malfunctioning and I have learned a valuable lesson, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE TELEVISION ADDS&THEY ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND A HOAX!!
I shall now wait my due course to see if I receive my credit/ refund from the company or send my Credit Card company to file a fraudulent claim against them.
