Slips away with cash and slippers

I ordered two pairs of slippers from this company and actually received them. Unfortunately, neither pair fit so I shipped them back complete with the number of my internet order. And of course that's the last I've heard from Marvel Products. No credit on my card. I've tried emailing but no answer. I should have kept the slippers and sent them to some of you who never received anything!
