I am a regular customer for this GTA Laptops for almost 5 years, I had all my computers system
included laptops and desktops for services and new orders from them, I also introduce peoples and business to them for service included residental and commerical, after serval years later, recently i called them up for business PC repair and service one day, and they have three mens came to did the service for my industry. And two mens was caughts from one of our employee saw them took some good parts from our system unit, and replaced the bad one in our unit, and they report to us two computers system died suddenly, and need to be replace some parts and it will cost couple of hundred dollars to repairs. And we confront them what was happening, first they denied until we pop up our manufacturing security video camera, and was recorded in our security system caught them stolen our parts in purposes, and we also caught another man put a USB flash stick in our account recievable departant and tried to transfer our clients credits accounts infomation into their USB flash stick, and we caught them right at the spot and they cannot denied what they did. So we called their company at GTA-Laptops make a report that what are they going to be response whats was happening, before we decide to call the police for this type of crime stopper. so the GTA Laptop manager came to our office in the same day, and he said we are customer for longtime and he suggest replace all the parts fro free and give us free service for two years without calling the police about what was going on because the business related issues. As they promises, but until a week after and they dont even answer our call and did not complete the service as they suppose to replace for us, and even swore on us over the phone, All we want them to finish up the jobs and replace which they did, and they never did, because we already prepaid their service since the day one we in business with them, and we already paid in full year terms as they required from began with, and they keep not answer our calls and left us the mess like that... we are so unhappy about what was going on and what they tried to stole our customer information into their USN flash stick, we are not the one be harm, also a few compaies had the same issues bought up to out attention saying this store is a hack store, also selling hot cellular phones and hot laptops and other computers products. and the managnment suppose to response what they did to us for the behavior, and his name is: Alex Zhou, sometimes he us Alex Qin as well, Do not let this store stole your credit references and stole your parts, Be alert to it before gey scam by them.
