Over charged me by double the orignal price to my credit card

I ordered sunglasses that were advertised on tv for $29.95 a pair in canadian funds. They offered a second pair for only $19.95 in canadian funds

Each pair of sunglasses came with a free pair of night glasses, plus a holder that attaches to the sun visor in your car. I only received one holder for the sun visor

When my Mastercard statement came in there was a charge from Merchandise Direct for $92.34. I never spoke directly to a person only to a recording.
