Nephew ordered two pair of tennis, only received one pair (two different orders. He received the first pair, second pair was never received, M/O cashed no contact #. Victoria

Company has a website with provided information, return policy,
how to order, etc. There is no contact phone number, just states to e-mail them if there is a customer service issue. But customers does not get a response.
