I just want to warn everyone of this company. The offer a free trial of their product, just pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you it that the product comes from China. You have 15 days from the date of order to return the product. You don't receive it for 15 days. They are 3 different phone numbers that are all in Canada. Sometimes you get a live person, that says they will help you and you will not be charged and you will receive an email with instructions how to return the product. They say this will happen within 24 to 48 hours. However, it doesn't. You have to call again, sometimes on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally, I got mad and replied to the confirmation email they had sent me. The next day, I received an email with return instructions. The product must be delivered back to China. Not only are you now out the $5.95 for the "free trial", you now have the postage involved to send the item back. That cost me $23.84. The phone calls are not toll free numbers. I have spent about $10.00 on phone calls as well. With the instructions on how to return the item, I am told that I may keep it for $39.95. At this point, that might have been cheaper. Now a week later, I receive an email saying they are billing my card $79.95 because they have not heard from me and I must be enjoying their product! Please do not order anything from this fictional company. It will only cost you a lot of money and heartache.
