A total fraud scam. i basically purchased from them what was a 30 day free trial where all i had to pay was $5.95 shipping for 2 products which i paid on credit card. i recieved an email the next day stating the order had been sent and would arrive in 8-10 days. 15 days later i still had not received product. then i receive an email telling me that my 15 day trial was over and since i hadn't responded by email to tell them i was sending back the product they were billing my credit card $160 for the product. first of all, they advertised a 30 day trial, not 15 days. that is illegal. 2nd, how can i send something back in 15 days when i did not receive the product within that time frame. when there is a time frame to return an item it starts from the time you actually recieve the product and not when it is ordered. 3rd, it never stated anywhere on the add i would have to pay $160, nor did i approve that amount for my credit card.
it is a total scam. they bill you but do not send the product and then they slap another $160 on your credit card. it is illegal and a fraud. do not buy.
