I bought a washer and a dryer through sears. We picked them up our selves because last time we had trouble with the delivery people and no comunication. July 19 we picked them up. There was no stacker with it so we could not stack and level them. Therefore I went to sears and they said aug 3 the stacker would arrive I asked if they would cover the cost of the stacker as it was there mistake and they said no. I wanted it the same day as I recieved the washer so I could use it. I spent enough money I felt that something should be done about this so I called Trish the appliance manegar left a message there was no call back. I called again to talk to her got ahold of her and asked if she could do anything to get the stacker here sooner for me as it was there mistake and I wanted to sell my old set and was exited to use my new set. She said that she would look into it more for me and call me back and she never called me. Okay people never help you now days or even call u back whatever I left it alone. I found a person that was willing to buy my washer and dryer for $150 dollars now because they had to wait so long I did not get the old set out of the house or the money. So I call sears aug 3 after I got off of work and asked them why I had not recieved a call that I could come get my stacker for the washer and dryer. The lady said she did not know why it was recieved and in the loading area but they were all gone at 6. I wanted to go pick it up and I could not. I feel that something should be done if you want to keep customers and I feel I recieved bad customer service.
