I went in to timmins canadian tire to purchase a kingleys patio set that was on sale, but there was none left so the associate made and order for the chairs table umbrella. 1 week after she put the order in my chairs came in so i went to pick them up, the associate told me that the rest should come on july 27. I got a phone call on july 20 from canadian tire associate telling me that i won't be able to get my umbrella and table until next year. I wasn't to happy now i'm stuck with the chairs no table or umbrella. So now next year i will have to pay full price for my table and umbrella. I waited 3 weeks to know that i can't get it that not treating your customer rightful.
