This company has the worst customer services in the industry. Their products are all over in the retail market unfortunately. Please be aware before purchasing any of their products. They are found locally in Wegmans Food and Pharmacy and Bed Bath and Beyond. I am still waiting since 02/2008 for the following promised replacement items under their 5 year warranty.

1 Cayman cove pattern (9' market umbrella with crank and tilt) sku # 6-67930-00446-3 Purchased from Wegmans; umbrella defective.

2 Oversized Relaxer lounger chairs with adjustable canopy sku # 148-719-26 Purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond Chairs fell apart.
