We purchased 2 patio tables with 6 chairs in 2006 from Frys in Surprise, AZ. last year our friend, 83 yrs old, 100 lb, went to sit on one of chairs and the chair seat came off. Luckly her husband was next to her and kept her from falling to the deck. We notifed company and they sent part needed that broke. This past Saturday our daughter, 130# went to sit on chair, putting her legs on stool, and sitting back on chair, chair seat came off, she was thrown back, hitting her head on deck, and arm bruised by hitting stanchion holding up deck roof. These chairs have a defect. I called company today, and they were going to send part that SHEERED OFF! Company said they would send parts. I asked to talk with supervisor, they put me on hold, then came back and said supervisor had left for a few minutes. After 1 hr, I called back, and answering machine said "office is closed due to holiday season. Excuse me - it is March 30th!! I feel their products are defective and would like some feed back from them as to what we can expect from the other 4 chairs!!!
