I bought a drum set for my 10 year old son for christmas and when I got it, the drum sets cymbol was cracked, the snare was completely broken and the high hat didn't come. It was a sad christmas morning for my son when he woke up and there was a drum set sitting there in 1 million pieces broken and banged up. It was very dissapointing to see my son sitting there in tears on christmas morning.
So, I called the company and told them that they better give me a refund, they put on the phone with Kelly the manager and she said that I have to ship it back and also said that I had to pay full price for shipping no questions asked. I shipped it back and about a month later, I get the drum set and IT'S THE EXACT SAME ONE I GOT IN THE FIRST PLACE, it was broken and that time it was even worse than it was before. That got me really mad and Im a hard person to get mad.
