Dishonest and unprofessional salespersons and sales " manager " that only backs the lie!
made a deal on a vehicle here, from the beginning I requested that whatever price the sales person quoted me " included any extra dealer fees like a doc fee" " no problem" was the sales persons responce . so after a few days of phonecalls back and forth and a test drice a price was agreed to a deposit was paid and i was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 days . when i went to pickup the vehicle from sherwood dodge I was told i needed to go to the " finance office " even though i was not financing. i was told by the finance person that ther was a documentation fee that needed to be paid over and above the agreed price with the sales person and if i didnt pay it i would not get the Vehicle . she refused to even ask my salesperson about our agreement and when i went to his office to ask him he laughed at me and made an offensive comment regarding my appearance!
needles to say i did not buy from them and as it turns out got the same vehicle with some extra accessories for 2000.00 less from another dealer! I did leave a voicemail for the owner who preaches his dealership is different and honest . he did not bother to return my call which shows me his claims are only about getting you in the door!
