Purchased 2000 Corvette from dealer in August 2008, sales person assured me that the vehicle was in good condition and mechanically fit. I then purchased the vehicle and found that when delivered it had additional mileage from what was on bill of sale, leaking fluid from rear of car, rear tires need to be replace various lights not working and climate controls do not work, Battery dies within a week of sitting in vehicle. I asked the sales person numerous times for various documentation an he continually ignores my request.
I have file through BBB and no progress is being made. Now 6 months later and it seams that I will have to pay to make this car acceptable for licensing within my province.
The dealer continues to prolong all communication making this issue increasingly frustrating.
