I never authorized your company to take any money from my credit card and every month you do so. I have request my bank (that has issued the said credit card) to contest the monthly payment tyou have taken for the last three month and I hace cancelled my credit card.
It is easy to say that I have authorized you to do so but I want to know when I have made business with you and when i have autorized the said monthly payment?
It is easier to close the line when the customer tries to have information than to give the information.
