Telus mobility are rip off and poor customer service.
About three weeks ago i got 3 unite to be used for my bussiness to use Gps and waikie and taik but the waikie taik worked and the Gps for three weeks i always had problems every time i called the gps afetr taiking to them for so long telling me what to do and see what's going on. IT NEer worked.
The person that sold the phone to me told me that hewould come to see what's going on with the phons promise three times and never show up. from there location to our place is about 3 mintes driving.
I called to the head office of telus and spoke to really rud sale person refuse to put me through with the manager and could not help me.
They have charged me for $260 for the phone and refusing to pay that and they telling me i have to pay for my canecltion.
When i told them i would be reporing this to rip off and BBB she told me that's fine and i will put your name that we would never give service again.
