In Dec 2011 this company damaged our vehicle while delivering a product. They allowed a door to swing open and dent/scrape down the side of our car. The person was initially nice about it. Said no problem, call, get quotes and we will pay for the damages. That was 6 months ago. After many phone calls (with no response) I called future shop who was where the product was purchased. They were fantastic, concerned and sent me to a 3rd party who was responsible for hiring these people. They were also professional. After this, I finally get a hold of Here 2 there. The woman who answered was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She told me the owner would be in touch. Success? No, another month went by. They would not even respond to the 3rd party company that hired them! The 3rd party company got tired of no response and paid us out, telling us they will take further action against the company (I assume that means legal action). How can a company like this stay in business? Because people do not know how bad they are. And that is why I am posting this. My advice after dealing with them and reading other complains is DO NOT USE THEM! Lots of other good companies out there.
