Defected product Sale
I bought a new iPhone 4s which is an Apple new product. According the sales and return policy of vision electronics store I had 14 days and 30 minutes use for that cell phone. When I took the phone home I founded out that it was defected. I came back and asked for a replacement. They told me that I should go to the Apple store because it is a manufacture defect. I went to the Apple store and they told me that they can't replace it with a new one and since I just bought it yesterday I should be able to replace it at the store where I bought the product. I came back to the Vision store and waited for more than two hours and everybody was ignoring me included the Manager of store. Finally one rude guy told me that they can't replace it at all even though the contract clearly states that I have 14 days for replacement OR return.
