I BOUGHT THE VTECH HOME PHONE WITH 3 HANDSETS. NOT EVEN A YEAR LATER AND 2 HAND SETS DO NOT WORK SO I CALL VTECH TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PHONE THEY SAY OK BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT SEND THEM TO US THEN WE WILL MAIL YOU A NEW SET . OK... WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK? BECAUSE THE LADY STATED THAT IT IS POLICY . FIRST OF ALL I RUN AT HOME BUISNESS AND JUST HAD A BABY AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHELL OUT MONEY RETURN YOUR DEFECTED PRODUCT, THEN BUY MYSELF A NEW PHONE UNTIL YOU SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT . MY OPION IS FOR A BIG CO THAT SELL SO MUCH PRODUCT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I WOULD NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN.
