Ticket not yet resolved after a month

Last month i made a mistake of upgrading my account to business i am just an affiliate with no business of my own after upgrading my account my account was frozen and was asked to verify my account I've send one ticket but after a week of no response I send 5 more and after a week still no response i send a lot of tickets but Alertpay is not responding I search the web for any one who is working on alertpay i find one Tarik on getsatisfaction.. he ask me to send documents on my second ticket to him i told him i can;t do bank deposit since i've got no money ..he asked me my proof of residency and one national id until now it's been five days and i never heard from ALERTPAY ...I'm really tired and very depressed on the kind of service Alertpay is giving me all i want is my money stuck there ..I don't know how it will end or i just lost my money forever from alertpay's unfair i don't stole and i never scam anybody I HOPE IT WILL BE RESOLVE SO I CAN SLEEP BETTER ..
