I ordered Toto neorest 500 on line with Everyfaucet.com and they informed me that it is going to be delivered thru Homedirect USA. Also I received tracking number ZEWGDM 421-727060-7 but no luck to check really. I was told by the salesman on-liine that it will be around one week to 10days. The order was placed on 3rd Jan and yet no news. This is absolutely unbusinesslike. I tried to contact Homedirectusa by phone but after waiting for almost over 10minutes, i had no patience and cut the line. I dont know this company is trustworthy for delivery. Can you help me with this would be nice.
