UPS should be awarded noble price in cheating the customer. Please see the email exchange from UPS. No action on the SOB driver. He may be their star driver.

What is your question or comment? I had scheduled the package to be delivered today November 13th as I had taken off work so that I do not miss the package. Earlier UPS had tried to deliver the package on week-day twice.

Today the tracking says that the driver came at 2:00 pm but there was no one in the house. I have been waiting for the package all day and I was in my front yard from 12:30 till about 3:00. No UPS driver came to my house today. Please make sure the drivers do not lie about the delivery. What happens now??
