I have written to the senior management a complaint letter dated June 14/2012. A man called Brent returned the call demanding that I need to pay for the service. I had already paid for the lawn service for the month of May. They send the service man again in the month of June and bill me again. I was not informed and is not aware that this happened in consecutive months which I think it is unfair to hold me responsible for the payment. It seems to me that they just like to come anytime and then sent you the bill whenever they want. Is it true that the lawn company can do whenever they want to do??
