QT Folio PU Leather Cover case
Product has not been received

I placed this order - # 42503436-DD on the 15th of July 2012. Payment was withdrawn from my account almost immediately.

I have not yet received the product on the 10th of August. Please let me know what is being done to ensure I rceive what I paid for.
