I have been billed for a subscription I did not sign up for. When I finally questioned my cell phone carrier they informed me it was a third party subscription.
I have never heard of Airg and actually had to go online to find out what they do. I telephoned the company and they informed me they would unsubscribe me from the service if I gave them my cell phone number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed they did not have one on duty.
I telephoned my carrier again and they reimbursed my account for one month and gave me the same phone number to get in touch with the company. I also had a security blocker put on my phone so no subscriptions could be added without specifically coming from me.
Airg needs to reimburse all the money they have ripped off from victums like me. I think there should be a Class Action lawsuit filed against this company and whoever they have helping them.
