Complaint / review / scam report
We changed over to Telus phone, cable and internet a few months ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems. The cable feed drops regularly, sometimes for more then 24 hrs. The internet often drops out too. When we call, we wait hours before we're called back and then we're told the same thing everytime, to pull out the power cord and wait for the system to re-set. We're getting very tired of paying a lot of money for services we are not receiving. Telus, pull your socks up!
