Purchased two BBQ grillware 3-Burner LP Gas Grills. After 1 year and not even being exposed to any elements, both grills started to rust severely. Contacted the company by email and got a reply from a customer service rep. Janet Shen who wrote, "Rusting and corroding are not covered under the warranty".
The company obviously does not stand behind their products and uses the "Warranty" approach to convince customers to buy their grill over others. Lowes had so many complaints that they stopped selling these grills.
