Sold Me Extended Warranty and then refuses to pay for parts, Lost court case still will not pay

Purchased Large TV ($4500.) from the Brick with their 5 year extended warranty, which is to replace the manufactures, warranty. After 2 years the picture went black called the Brick for the in-home warranty that they provide with this Large TV. I was informed that the parts would not be covered because they are written in the accessories section of the extended warranty like light bulbs in lamps. The brick paid for the labour and I paid $325.00 for the TV picture display Bulb.

I contacted the manufacture they informed me they would have covered the bulb in the first year. The Brick sold me there extended ($500.) warranty with the promise that they
did everything the factory warranty would do for up to five years.

I filed a small claim against the Brick here in Victoria, BC. The cost is now up to $469.80. The Brick chose to defend this case but never came to court. A judge gave a default order against them. The Brick was given 30 days to pay but has chosen not to pay and has asked another court to overturn the first decision. Citing one of their legal people was in Europe for 6 weeks at mother's funeral. Unbelievable?
