I purchased a president's choice barbecue from zehrs for $960.49 on sale on april 9, 2008. I've had the barbecue for under a year and already three of the burners are cracked and split when I called zehrs where I purchased the BBQ they told me to call the 1 800 number for customer satisfaction.
When I called and told them that I have a BBQ that was under a year old and there is a 10 year warranty on it they asked for my info and what the problem was I told them that three of my burners are cracked and no good.
They told me that they would send me new ones but I would have to pay the shipping and that the parts were coming from British Columbia and the cost of shipping would be $33.43 the
(1 year warranty) on all parts in regards to damage affecting the operation of the gas grill and a
(10 year warranty) on stainless steel tube burners.
