Once again Capital One Canada is back on here with another serious issue.

I applied for a credit limit increase (EMERGENCY FUND INCREASE) Because I wanted to rent a vehicle to travel to my aunts funeral as she had died 3 days before.

All I wanted was a $100 increase just to have them hold a security deposit, ONLY $100...! And they stated NO we would not be able to do that.

THEN WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY FUNDS FOR THEN..???

Due to that we could not get to my aunt's funeral at all and still have not had the money due to this, Capital One sent me a letter stating they were sorry but could not do anything.

Capital One did it again and it's horrible.
