We signed up for maternity to newborn photos with Lyndsay Wregget, self-proclaimed photographer and owner of Focus Photography Inc. She honoured the maternity session as payment of $85 was taken that day. We had scheduled a newborn photo session to take place at our home for March 6 at 3:30 p.m. in which Lyndsay was a "no-show". She was scheduled to have a baby sometime after March 9th, and we asked if she had the baby early, what was going to happen to us? She had indicated there would be a backup photographer. No backup photographer contacted us. We left two voicemails and sent an e-mail on the date of our photo session in which to this date, has not responded. We also sent another e-mail on April 2 requesting a refund of $42.50. We thought this was fair as she only honoured 50% of her contract. Since she has not responded, apparently she needs the money more than we do. I would not recommend her services. Our maternity photos were not good. Only one picture turned out over 200 taken, and it wasn't even the original picture. We had to request it be photoshopped to look better. Focus Photography is unreliable and unprofessional to not follow up with us.
